Q: What are your rates?
A: They start from £100 for a solo booking. Please contact Hannah to discuss your requirements.
Q: How many sets do you perform?
A: Set lengths are usually either:
- 2 x 45 minutes
- 3 x 30 minutes

They can be tailored to your event timings.
Hannah can play recorded music on her ipod or from a client’s ipod playlist between sets to keep the event soundtrack going.
Q: What time will you arrive?
A: We will arrive 60 – 90 minutes before the first set to assemble the PA system / amp and do a short sound check if appropriate.
Q: What are your requirements on the day?
A: We will require the following:
- Free parking spaces for the band and easy access to the venue to unload equipment. If parking has to be paid for, this must be reimbursed by the client.
- A powerpoint with at least 2 sockets no more than 5 metres away from the stage area.
- Refreshments – drinks and a hot meal or buffet food for each band member appropriate to the event.
- A room for the band to rest in between sets.
Q: Where did you train as a singer?
A: Click here to find out more!
Q: Can I take singing lessons from Hannah?
A: As a matter of fact – yes! Hannah is the director of VoiceCity Vocal Coaching.
Even if you don’t live in London she offers lessons online via Skype.
Q: Can I sing with Hannah’s band at my event?
A: This must be agreed with Hannah in advance of the date of your booking and only if deemed appropriate by her. Hannah treats every booking as a concert performance and is committed to keeping standards high so therefore she does not permit instrumentalists or singers to “sit in’ or just turn up and sing on the night.
QUESTIONS HANNAH GETS ASKED ON GIGS ALL THE TIME!
Q: Have you been on the X Factor / are you going to go on the X Factor?
A: No and no. Hannah, knows she can sing (she has been informed by reliable sources, not just her mum, although her mum was a professional singer!) and doesn’t need affirmation from people on a panel that she has never heard of, let alone actually heard sing live. Also, she values subtlety in singing as oppose to hitting as many high notes in a row as possible, a Guinness Book of Records bid for singing as many notes in a bar a possible and last, but not least, sob stories.
Q: What’s your real / day job?
A: Hannah sings for a living and is director of VoiceCity Vocal Coaching company. She is also a vocal coach for a well known record label. This is what she does all the time, every day. Hannah loves her job and only ever longs for the weekend because she will be gigging! In addition she is a professional website updater, emailer, Tweeter and Facebooker and all round promoter of herself. (It’s not as easy as it looks from the audience).
Q: Will your band trash the room, get drunk onstage and throw TVs out of the window?
A: Sorry to disappoint you, but no, we’re fairly well behaved. But here’s a band that might…..
